This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or otherwise interact with www.vanicream.com (the “Site”).
This privacy policy does not cover information that you submit on third party websites, apps, social platforms (“Platforms”) even if we communicate with you on those sites. For example, if you post something on Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest, that information is governed by the privacy policies on those Platforms.

You may wish to submit an information request to PSI, participate in one of our promotions, subscribe to our email lists or apply for jobs via the Site. II. Information We Automatically Collect

A. Identifiers: PSI collects identifiers including your full name, email address, address, phone number, IP address, device identifiers, and cookie identifiers. PSI collects this information directly from you when you submit an information request, participate in a promotion, subscribe to our email lists, as well as automatically when you visit the Site. PSI uses this information to process and fulfill your inquiries, communicate with you regarding your inquiries, send promotional communications where you have opted in, and maintain the security and operation of the Site.
B. Personal Information Under California Civil Code § 1798.80: PSI collects personal information as defined under California Civil Code § 1798.80, including your full name, address, and phone number. This information is collected directly from you when you apply to jobs or otherwise interact with the Site. PSI uses this information to verify your identity, and comply with legal and financial obligations.
C. Commercial Information: PSI collects commercial information including products viewed or considered. This information is collected directly from you through your interactions on the Site, as well as automatically through cookies and tracking technologies. PSI uses this information to improve our products and services, personalize your experience on the Site, and send relevant marketing communications.
D. Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information: PSI automatically collects internet and electronic network activity information when you visit the Site. This includes your web browser type and version, operating system, IP address, time zone settings, cookie data, pages viewed on the Site, products viewed or searched, referring websites or search terms, clickstream data, time spent on pages, links clicked, and how you interact with the Site. E. Geolocation Data: PSI collects general location information derived from your IP address, including country and region level location data, as well as your time zone information. F. Professional and Employment Information. PSI may collect professional and employment information, including your current employment status, job title, employer name, professional licenses and certifications, license numbers, issuing authorities, certification expiration dates, educational credentials, professional memberships, and work history. This information is collected directly from you when you submit a job application, register for professional services, or complete forms on the Site, as well as from third-party verification services, publicly available professional directories, and licensing databases. PSI uses this information to verify your professional qualifications and credentials, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, process employment applications, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with industry standards, provide professional services that require verified credentials, and fulfill contractual obligations. PSI may share this information with service providers who assist with credential verification and background checks, regulatory bodies and licensing authorities as required by law, employers or clients who require verification of your qualifications, insurance providers for professional liability purposes, and industry associations or certification bodies for membership verification.
PSI does not draw inferences from the categories of Personal Information described above to create a profile about you reflecting your preferences, characteristics, behavior, and attitudes.
PSI does not knowingly collect sensitive Personal Information, or information about minors.
Sources of Personal Information
PSI collects Personal Information from several sources.
First, PSI collects information directly from you when you apply for a job, submit a resume, submit an inquiry, subscribe to our email list, participate in a promotion, or otherwise interact with the Site.
Second, PSI collects information automatically from your device when you visit the Site through cookies, pixels, web server logs, and other tracking technologies.
Third, PSI may receive information from third-party service providers such as analytics providers, advertising partners, and payment processors.
Finally, PSI may collect information from social media platforms when you interact with PSI’s content on social media or connect your social media account to the Site.

We share your personal information described above with other parties as follows:
Service Providers: We may share information with our service providers (e.g. analytics, marketing, website, cloud, and other technical service providers, professional services firms, etc.) as needed for business and commercial purposes such as storing data you choose to share, providing marketing communications you opt to receive, generating analytics information for our aggregated use, developing, hosting, delivering, securing, and/or maintaining the Site, providing certain functionalities or features on the Site, or other uses of information as described above.
We use the following third-party service providers below to process and store your data.

- To improve website performance, PSI may share aggregated data with third parties, such as Google Analytics, collectively and in an anonymous way. We use this aggregated data only as explained in this Privacy Policy. Corporate Transactions: We may share information with other third parties in connection with corporate transactions (e.g., merger, acquisition, sale, or financing)
Affiliates: We may share information with our affiliated entities.

VII. Third-Party Cookies; Tracking Technologies and Targeted Advertising
1. Google Analytics
PSI uses Universal Google Analytics to monitor performance and track information about its visitors including demographic and interest-based data. This information helps us understand our audience and tailor our website and marketing communication for an optimal user experience.

PSI and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and anonymous identifiers to determine visitor’s age and demographics. When someone visits a website that has partnered with the Google Display Network, Google stores a number in their browsers (using a "cookie") to remember their visits. This number uniquely identifies a web browser on a specific computer, not a specific person. Browsers may be associated with a demographic category, such as gender or age range, based on the sites that were visited.
Any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. You may opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting Google Ads Settings.
PSI also uses Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to collect and analyze information about how users interact with our Site. GA4 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect data about your browsing activity. GA4 may collect information such as: pages visited and time spent on each page, traffic sources and referrals, geographic location (country/region level), user interactions and events (e.g., clicks, form submissions), and Device Information. 2. Meta (Facebook) Pixel
PSI uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”), to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, understand user actions on our Site, and deliver targeted advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.
The Meta Pixel may collect information such as: pages you visit on our Site, actions you take (e.g., sign-ups), your IP address and browser information, and other Device Information.

PSI uses Hotjar, an analytics and user experience tool provided by Hotjar Ltd., to better understand how users interact with our Site. Hotjar uses cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your behavior on our Site.
Hotjar may collect information such as: mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling behavior, heatmaps of user activity, session recordings (anonymized), form interactions, user feedback responses, and Device Information.

PSI uses tracking technologies associated with Twitter (“X”), a service provided by X Corp. PSI uses tracking technologies associated with MikMak, a commerce enablement and analytics platform. MikMak collects information about your interactions with our product pages, including browsing behavior, device and browser information, and other related data. This information is used to facilitate shopping functionality, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and analyze consumer journeys. 9. PowerReviews
PSI uses tracking technologies associated with PowerReviews, a third-party ratings and reviews platform. When you submit a product review or interact with user-generated content, PowerReviews collects information such as your name, email address, and the content of your review. This information is used to display reviews, verify purchases, and improve our products and services. PowerReviews may also use this data in accordance with its own privacy policy. VIII. Remarketing & Interest-Based Advertising

Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least twelve (12) months before asking you to reauthorize. However, you may change your mind and opt back in at any time by following the same link.

We would like our Site visitors to feel confident about using the Site to stay informed about our products. In your request, please specify which right(s) you are seeking to exercise and the scope of the request. In accordance with the CCPA/CPRA, PSI may require additional information to verify your identity, or to verify that your authorized agent has the authority to make the request on your behalf, before responding to your request. Shine the Light Law
California’s “Shine the Light” law (California Civil Code Section 1798.83) permits California residents to request certain details about how certain types of their information are shared with third parties for such third parties' own direct marketing purposes. PSI does not share personal information in such manner. Should PSI ever do so in the future, PSI will provide California residents with such information upon request or permit them to opt in to, or opt out of, this type of sharing.
Response Timing and Format
PSI will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days. If you do not receive confirmation within this timeframe, please contact PSI at privacy@vanicream.com.
PSI endeavors to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If PSI requires more time (up to an additional 45 days), PSI will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
Any disclosures PSI provides will only cover the 12-month period preceding PSI’s receipt of your request. The response will also explain the reasons PSI cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, PSI will provide Personal Information in a readily usable format that allows you to transmit the information from one entity to another without hindrance.
The above reflects PSI’s good faith understanding of the law and its data practices as of the date posted above. As the CCPA/CPRA continues to evolve, PSI may update this Privacy Policy, modify its methods for responding to requests, and/or supplement its responses as PSI continues to develop its compliance program to reflect the evolution of the law and PSI's understanding of how it relates to its data practices on the Site.
XIII. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 18, and PSI does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 18 years of age.
If you are under the age of 18, please do not use the Site or provide any personal information to PSI. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child under the age of 18 has provided personal information to PSI through the Site, please contact us immediately at privacy@vanicream.com.
