If you use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, we may require written permission signed by you and verification of your identity.
Verification Process
To protect your privacy and security, we are required to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
Depending on the type of request, we may ask to provide:
- Your full name
- Email address
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Order number or account information
We will only use the information provided for verification purposes
Response Timing
We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days.
We will respond to your request within 45 business days, unless additional time is required (in which case we will notify you).
Global Privacy Control
If you enable a legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), we will treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale of sharing of personal information for that browser or device, as required by California law.
