ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Hiring, training, and coaching of sales reps.
- Assigning territories and managing territories to achieve maximum balance.
- Reviewing trips and expense reports.
- Leading the sales meetings.
- Helping to coordinate conferences.
- Making recommendations and implementing improvements to the department.
- Implementing marketing plans with the sales team.
- Maintaining a small territory to stay on top of office trends, and competitive developments.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
The Sales Manager has supervisory responsibility over the entire sales department.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanner, filing cabinets and fax machines.

USUAL WORKING HOURS
- Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm or some variation
- Capability to work extended hours if necessary
TRAVEL
This position requires travel.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Four-year degree and prior experience in sales.
- Previous Leadership experience is preferred.
