Marketing Specialist

Nimble and strategic marketing specialist who has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns.  Comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, and growing the brand, including positioning, launching, and sustaining clinical topical products within a long-term strategy.



  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and collaboration across the company.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful marketing strategies.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, gathering critical insights for future campaigns, product development, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and execute email and social media strategies to help drive product awareness and sales growth.
  • Design, test, and evolve marketing tactics.
  • Oversee all social media and online platforms by writing and editing creative content, selecting images, and responding to posted questions and comments on these platforms.
  • Working in partnership with the sales team and company leadership, develop marketing plans and guide creative direction to meet objectives for advertising and communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
  • Manage content and updates for stakeholders, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support.
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies.
  • Prepare comparative market analysis.
  • Align third party website content.
  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
  • Able to attend regular onsite in-person meetings.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical savvy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Proficient with online marketing, SEO, and all social media platform strategies.
  • Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
  • Experience with marketing and analytic tools.


  • There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position, but could be subject to change.


  • This job operates in a professional office environment in Rochester, Minnesota. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanner, filing cabinets and fax machines.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience.
